Favorites

Save personal shortcuts to workspace objects, organize them in one-level folders, and open them from the sidebar, keyboard, or command menu.

Favorites are private workspace shortcuts for objects you return to often. They help you move between daily work without changing object permissions, creating notifications, or adding shared Team navigation.

You can favorite Features, Initiatives, Issues, Modules, Folders, Artefacts, Team saved views, Team cycles, and the Team, Issues, Triage, Cycles, and Views root pages for an accessible Team.

Team-owned favorites show the Team identifier at the right of the sidebar shortcut. The small Team icon beside that identifier uses the Team color, while the main saved-view, cycle, or page icon keeps its own meaning, so similarly named shortcuts remain easy to distinguish.

Add a favorite

Use the star action in supported object headers, row menus, context menus, or detail overflow menus.

Open a supported object Open a Feature, Initiative, Issue, Module,

Folder, or Artefact you can access.

Select the star Choose the outline star to add the object to Favorites.

The filled star means the object is already favorited.

Favorite and unfavorite actions are quiet by default. If a change fails, Integrity restores the previous state and shows an error message.

Organize favorites

Favorites can be root-level rows or placed in one-level folders.

Create a folder from the Favorites header.
Rename a folder from its row menu.
Collapse or expand a folder from the folder row.
Open a favorite's ellipsis menu to move it to a folder, move it back to root, or remove it.
Remove a folder to move its child favorites back to root.

Favorites are not draggable. Placement changes are available only from the favorite row's ellipsis menu, and folders cannot be nested.

Open favorites with the keyboard

When focus is not in a text field, editor, command input, dialog-owned shortcut surface, or source-grid cell:

Alt+F toggles the current or focused supported object.
O then F opens the Favorites picker.

The command menu also includes favorite/unfavorite current object actions and an Open Favorite list when a supported target is available.

Restricted and unavailable favorites

Favorites are shortcuts, not access grants. If you lose access to an object, or the object is archived, deleted, missing, or otherwise unavailable, the row changes to display-safe restricted or unavailable copy.

Restricted and unavailable favorites do not expose hidden names, private Team context, source hierarchy, artefact identifiers, field values, raw ids, or unsafe links. You can remove those rows from Favorites.

Direct-shared objects open only to the directly shared target. Inaccessible parent Team, Module, Folder, or source context stays hidden unless you already have access to it.

What favorites do not do

Favorites do not:

grant access to an object
create shared Team or workspace shortcuts
create activity entries, notifications, unread rows, email, audit rows, or realtime toasts
change object ownership, status, priority, due dates, estimates, or review state
grant access to removed or unsupported object types
