Command menu

Run commands, reopen recent work and move around your workspace.

Open the command menu with ⌘ + K on a Mac or Ctrl + K elsewhere. You can also click Search in the sidebar. The input is ready to type as soon as the menu opens.

Run a command

Type part of a command to filter the menu. Use ↑ and ↓ to highlight a row, then press Enter to run it. Press Esc to close the menu and return focus to where you were.

Suggestions include creating an Issue, switching workspace or theme, opening Favorites and viewing keyboard shortcuts. Create issue appears only when you can create an Issue in the current Team context. The composer checks Team permissions when you submit.

The menu leaves shortcuts inside text fields, rich-text editors, dialogs and other menus with those surfaces. For example, your editor can keep its own link shortcut.

Reopen recent work

Recent shows up to five Issues, Projects, Initiatives, Documents and Meeting Minutes you opened in this workspace, newest first. Select a row to reopen it. The list checks your current access each time you open the menu; work that is restricted, hidden or deleted is omitted when the check completes.

Commands and navigation appear immediately. Recent work appears from your cached list while it refreshes, or shows a loading row on your first open.

Go to a page

Use Navigation to open Home, Inbox, My Issues, Meeting Minutes, Integrity AI, Initiatives, Projects, Views or Settings. These destinations use the same access rules as the sidebar.

Type a title or ID to find Issues, Projects and Initiatives alongside matching commands. Issue keys such as INT-911 match in any letter case. You can also enter the whole Issue number, such as 911; this does not match a different key such as INT-1911. Projects and Initiatives can be found by their slug. Exact IDs appear before title matches, and results include only active work you can open.

Press ⌘ + Enter on a Mac or Ctrl + Enter elsewhere from either command or Search mode to open the full Search page with the words you typed. With an empty input, it opens Search ready for a new query.

Select Search workspace, or press Tab, to search all your work inside the menu. Search mode also finds Meeting Minutes and matches the text of each object's body, showing up to five results of each type. Select See all results to open the full Search page with the same words. See Search for what is searched.
