Configure account-wide defaults for Integrity
Preferences are account-wide defaults. They apply to your signed-in account across workspaces while still respecting each workspace's permissions and available routes.
Open Settings from your avatar menu, then choose Preferences.
Live Preferences
| Preference | What it changes | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Default workspace | Which accessible workspace opens after you enter Integrity: the last workspace you selected or one fixed workspace | Last selected |
| Default home view | Where /workspace/{workspace} opens: Team Issues, My Issues, Inbox, or Review | Team Issues |
| First day of the week | Week layout in shared Integrity calendars and date pickers | Sunday |
| Interface theme | Light or dark interface theme | Browser/app default |
| Auto-assign to self | New Issues you create are assigned to you when no explicit assignee or inherited assignee applies | Off |
| On move to started status, assign to yourself | Moving an unassigned Issue into a started status claims it for you when you are assignable | Off |
Issue automation is conservative. It never overwrites an existing assignee, never assigns another user, and still follows Team access and assignability rules.
Default Workspace
The default workspace preference controls which workspace opens when you enter Integrity. It is account-wide and follows you across signed-in devices.
- Last selected remembers the most recent workspace that you successfully opened.
- Choosing a named workspace fixes startup to that workspace until you change the preference again.
Only workspaces you can currently access appear in the selector. If the remembered or fixed workspace is no longer accessible, Integrity falls back to another accessible workspace without revealing the unavailable workspace. This preference is separate from Default home view, which controls the first page opened inside the selected workspace.
Default Home View
The default home view controls where a workspace opens when you visit its root route.
- Team Issues keeps the existing Team Issues landing behavior and uses the last accessible Team you opened in that workspace when possible.
- My Issues opens your assigned and created Issue workspace view.
- Inbox opens your workspace inbox.
- Review opens your review queue.
If a destination or remembered Team is no longer available, Integrity falls back safely without exposing private Team names or restricted content.
Calendar Week Start
The first-day-of-week setting changes the displayed week layout in shared Integrity calendars. It does not change saved date values.
Future Preferences
Some visible rows are disabled because they are future inventory, not shipped behavior. These include display-name format, text emoticon conversion, app sidebar customization, font size, pointer cursors, custom themes, desktop app opening, desktop notification badges, and spell check.
Disabled rows do not save state or change product behavior.
