See who's viewing
See teammates viewing the same page and the tab or view they have open.
The avatar stack beside a page's view controls shows you and other people viewing that page. Your avatar comes first. Hover an avatar, focus it with the keyboard, or tap it on a touch screen to open the person's card.
Presence is available on Team Issues tables, Issue details, Projects and Initiatives tables and details, and Meeting Minutes tables and details. Meeting Minutes has separate workspace and Team tables.
See where someone is working
People on different views of the same table appear together. People on different tabs of the same Project, Initiative, or Meeting Minute also appear together. The person's card shows Viewing: followed by their view or tab when that location is available to you. Issue details do not have a Viewing line.
If someone is using a saved view you cannot read, the card says Viewing: a saved view. It does not reveal that view's name. Moving to a different Team's table or a different object changes which people appear beside you.
Understand the stack
Wide screens show up to four avatars, including yours. Narrow screens show up to two. A +N badge counts the remaining people; focus or hover it to see their names. Multiple tabs opened by the same person count as one person.
Avatars lift slightly on hover or keyboard focus. This movement is disabled when your device requests reduced motion.
Access and availability
You can appear together only on a page both of you can access. Presence does not grant access or change anyone's permissions. People viewing a shared object can see each other's profile name and avatar, along with available profile details such as position and local time.
The online indicator describes activity in the workspace; the avatar stack describes who is viewing this page. Neither is a record of attendance or proof that someone has read the content.
If the live connection is unavailable, the stack shows only you. Other viewers may take a few seconds to appear or disappear as they enter or leave. You can continue working while presence reconnects.
