Process and follow up

Generate meeting notes, review AI recommendations, and create or link Issues for follow-up work.

AI processing is optional. It turns your saved meeting evidence into a summary and suggested follow-up work for you to review. It does not replace your own Notes or create Issues automatically. You need permission to process the Minute, and an available Meeting Notes model.

Process the complete meeting

After recording has stopped, review the saved transcript and your human-written Notes, then choose Process Meeting. The dialog shows the recording sessions, detected gaps, and the time through which the transcript was saved. Check that coverage before confirming.

Integrity uses the transcript together with your own Notes, labels those inputs separately, and excludes earlier generated AI sections from the human evidence. The AI is asked to surface meaningful conflicts between Notes and transcript; you still need to check the result against what happened.

Choose an AI model, then confirm Process Meeting. Recommended is the normal starting choice when models are available. The menu shows approved models, their providers, cost, and descriptions. The selected model applies to this request and resets to Recommended after a reload. If AI models unavailable appears, processing cannot be confirmed until a model is available.

Process Notes without a transcript

For a written meeting, add at least 20 characters of meaningful text to Notes and choose Process notes while the Minute is a Draft. The dialog identifies Saved Meeting Notes as the source. Choose an AI model, then confirm Process notes.

This request uses your current human Notes only. It does not include transcript content or treat earlier generated AI sections as your account of the meeting. Wait for any existing recording or processing request to finish before starting another one.

Review the generated result

Processing can show Processing queued before an executor becomes available. When it finishes, review the AI summary and Recommended actions. Check the summary, decisions, actions, and open questions against your evidence, especially names, dates, commitments, and any missing recording intervals.

Generated with records the model used for that result. Choosing a different model for a future request does not relabel existing output, and Integrity does not silently substitute a different model. See Choose an AI model for model availability and provenance.

Retry an AI summary

If AI processing fails, the Minute keeps its saved transcript and Notes. Use Retry AI summary when offered, review the source coverage and model again, and confirm the request. A failed new generation does not remove a successful previous summary.

Retry transcript belongs to the Transcript tab and retries final transcription. It is a different operation from Retry AI summary. Notes-only requests use Process notes again when they are ready to retry.

Create an Issue from a recommendation

Open Recommended actions, review the proposed follow-up, and choose its Add Issue control. Select Create new issue... to open the Issue creation dialog with suggested details. Check the title, description, Team, assignee, and other properties before creating it. This creates an Issue linked to the Minute and the recommendation.

Create is available only when you can create an Issue in an eligible Team. AI recommendations are proposals; they do not assign work until you confirm the Issue creation.

From a recommendation's Add Issue menu, choose Add existing issues.... In Add existing Issue, search for an accessible active Issue and select it to confirm the link. This connects existing work without creating a duplicate. The Issue keeps its own permissions; linking it does not grant access to it or to the Minute.

Use Dismiss for a recommendation you do not intend to take forward. A dismissed recommendation can be brought back with Restore when permitted. You can also create or add follow-up Issues from the Minute's Issues tab without using an AI recommendation.

Compare previous summaries

After more than one successful generation, choose Previous summaries (N) to inspect an older result. Its model, generation time, Notes or transcript source, and match to the current Notes explain where it came from. The summary and recommended actions switch together to the selected generation.

Older recommended actions are view-only. Choose Back to latest before creating, linking, dismissing, or restoring an action. When the record is ready, finalize the Minute.
