Review the transcript
Read and correct transcript wording, map neutral speakers to attendees, and mark the result reviewed.
Open a Meeting Minute and choose Transcript. Integrity groups short captured segments into readable passages. Use Search transcript to find a word or phrase, then open a passage's source segments when you need detailed timestamps or an individual segment's wording.
Understand transcript states
Live draft is the provisional text saved during recording. After you choose Stop, Integrity automatically prepares the Provider-final wording from the temporary audio. You do not need to choose Process Meeting for this step. While it runs, the Transcript shows Processing transcript. Final passages can have different boundaries from the short live segments.
Human reviewed means an editor corrected the wording or explicitly marked the current transcript reviewed. Provider processing cannot overwrite that human-owned text. If a recording session contains a correction or review, final transcription preserves that session rather than replacing its live passages. The full tab shows the current revision; source segments show the state and revision of their underlying text.
If final transcription fails or is incomplete, the live draft stays available and visibly provisional. Choose Retry transcript when offered. This retries transcription, not the AI summary. Temporary audio that has already been deleted cannot be used for another final-transcript attempt.
Read interruption markers
The transcript includes recording sessions, interruptions, and detected gaps. An interruption marker shows when the recording ended and how far the saved transcript reached. A gap is missing capture, not a passage of silence verified by Integrity. Review your Notes and ask participants about important missing details before relying on the record.
See Recover an interruption for Resume recording, Continue recording, and Take over recording.
Correct transcript wording
When you can edit the Minute, choose Show source segments on a passage, then Correct transcript segment on the segment that needs correction. Choose Save after changing the wording. This creates human-owned text; later provider processing preserves it. Search uses the readable passages rather than the short capture boundaries.
Review the transcript before using it as input to an AI summary. Correcting it does not silently regenerate an existing summary or change an Issue already created from it.
Map speakers to attendees
When final transcription distinguishes speakers, Speaker mapping lists neutral labels such as Speaker 1. Integrity does not infer a person's identity from audio. For each label, choose the corresponding attendee in its menu. Add missing people through Attendees first.
After a pause or recording interruption, the same person may receive another neutral label. Map each confirmed label to the same attendee when appropriate.
Leave a speaker Unmapped when you cannot confirm who it was. Mapping changes the displayed name associated with that speaker; it does not grant the attendee access to the Minute. The mapping controls require edit access and appear when speaker-separated transcript data is available.
Mark reviewed
Choose Mark reviewed once you have checked the final or human-owned wording. This control is not offered for a live draft alone. Review is about the current transcript revision; it is separate from finalizing the whole Minute.
You can also read a compact transcript in Open properties. Use the full Transcript tab for search, speaker mapping, source segments, and review.
