Timeline
Understand the current roadmap and timeline behavior in Spec-Driven Development.
Timeline opens the current roadmap entry point for Spec-Driven Development. It is backed by planning roadmap graph data: Initiatives, Feature memberships, typed Feature relationships, roadmap dates, and roadmap events.
Current behavior
The current roadmap model supports:

Timeline does not yet provide the later Linear-inspired timeline redesign. In this release, it is the route into the existing roadmap graph and Gantt surfaces.
Do not treat Timeline as a complete project scheduling engine. It shows planning-owned roadmap dates, relationships, and Feature-owned Phase markers; resource planning and release/baseline/approval scheduling remain separate systems.
Feature Phases
Feature Timeline mode can show dated Phase diamonds over Feature scheduling bars. Amber marks the current stage, green marks a completed stage, and neutral marks an upcoming stage. Permitted users can create/date Phases from the grid and move one or several selected markers by whole days through one atomic save.
Phase visibility belongs to the current Timeline view lens. Hover/focus cards show display-safe stage, progress, description, and target-date context. See Phases on the Timeline.
Date ownership
Roadmap dates are Integrity-owned execution context. They can be set manually or through approved app workflows. They do not sync from Notion in v1.
