User views

Saved views keep filters, grouping, ordering and display settings so you can return to the same collection of work. Personal views belong to you; shared views follow the permissions of their Workspace, Team or parent object.

Open Views to browse your permitted saved views, then select a view to open it. Issue views can also appear in a Team's Issues or in the Issues tab of a Project or Meeting Minute. Changes to a saved view require permission to manage it. You can duplicate a view when you have permission to create another view in that destination.

To create a view from the current table, choose Add view or Save as new. Filter and Display remain available above the editor and in its lower bar. Give the view a name, adjust its settings, then choose Save. Cancel or browser Back closes the editor and restores the view you started from, including its unsaved settings. While Save is pending, wait for it to finish before leaving.

Clear removes ordinary filters. Discard changes restores a saved view's latest version. On built-in Meeting Minute views, Reset to default and Set default for everyone affect display settings while retaining your private search and filters. Publishing a shared default requires the appropriate access.

If someone updates a view while you are editing it, Integrity keeps your local draft. You can reset to the latest version, save your changes when permitted, or save a new view. Changes made after you start a save remain unsaved when that save finishes.

Initiative detail pages use Project views; Project and Meeting Minute detail pages use Issue views within their parent object. Their parent scope remains fixed. Issue sub-issues have personal Display preferences rather than named saved views.

Meeting Minute views are listed under Meeting Minutes and open on their Meeting Minutes page.

Delete a view

Choose Delete from the view's menu. The toast offers Undo for a few seconds. A shared view asks for confirmation when it is a shared default, someone else has favorited it, or another person subscribes to it. Deleting a view keeps its Issues, Projects, Initiatives or Meeting Minutes.

Views do not have a new Archive action or an Archived views directory. Older archived views stay hidden. Deleted views are stored for 30 days before cleanup, but there is no deleted-views list to restore them later. See Archive and delete for the Undo pattern.

You can also ask Integrity AI or a connected coding agent to prepare and save Issue, Project, Initiative and Meeting Minute views. Read Manage work views with AI for examples, review steps and confirmation behavior.
