Workspace Settings
Manage workspace, module, folder, baseline, link type, and trace schema settings from the route-backed settings area.
Workspace settings use a dedicated settings view with a settings sidebar, search, and route-backed pages. Open settings from the workspace sidebar or from object settings actions in Modules.
Settings areas
The settings sidebar groups related pages so workspace administration and requirements-management configuration live in one place:

Search in the settings sidebar finds settings pages, secondary rows, visible Teams, and visible Modules. Search only returns objects you are allowed to see.
Workspace URL and object links
The workspace URL is the browser-visible segment used by readable object links. Object links use the workspace URL plus the object's readable key, such as an Issue key, Feature slug, Module URL, Folder URL, or Artefact identifier. Integrity still keeps internal database ids behind the route boundary.
When an admin changes the workspace URL, old workspace URLs stay reserved as previous URLs and redirect accessible users to the current URL. Unknown or unauthorized previous URLs do not reveal whether a workspace exists.
Module and folder settings
Open a module or folder settings action from Modules to manage that object in the same settings view as workspace settings.
Module settings include:
- General for icon, name, module kind, identifier prefix, and visibility.
- Members for restricted-module members and access requests.
- External access for scoped guest invitations and active external guests.
- Requests and Audit log where the object has relevant access or audit entries.
Folder settings use the same pattern for icon, name, visibility, members, external access, requests, and logs. Restricted modules and folders keep display-safe redaction: people without access do not see hidden names, paths, colors, or member detail.
Module identifier prefix changes use a controlled cascade that preserves existing artefact numbers. If Integrity cannot safely map existing identifiers to the current prefix format, the change is blocked with guidance instead of rewriting identifiers.
Artefact settings
Baseline types, Link types, and Trace schema are table-based settings pages under Artefacts.
- Baseline types controls the categories used when creating baselines. Admins can create types, edit names and descriptions inline, archive or restore types, and reorder active types when the table is not filtered.
- Link types controls the relationship vocabulary used by traceability links. Admins can create custom types, edit labels in the focused editor, enable or disable types, and reorder enabled active rows when the table is not filtered.
- Trace schema controls expected source relationships. The overview page includes the baseline-enforcement switch, and Trace relationships opens the management table with Table and Graph views.
Members can read the configuration they are allowed to see. Admin-only actions are hidden or disabled for non-admins.
