Creating & Linking
Understand paid or Integrity-admin enterprise provisioning and how enterprise admins connect workspaces.
Authenticated users can create unlimited Free workspaces, but Free workspace creation does not allow them to create an enterprise or create-and-link a workspace into a new enterprise. Enterprise dashboards are paid or Integrity-admin provisioned.

Provision An Enterprise
Enterprise creation is handled through paid onboarding or Integrity-admin support. IRSIK Integrity staff can create the enterprise, assign the first owner, and optionally link the first workspace.
Request provisioning
Contact your Integrity representative with the enterprise name, first owner, and any workspace that should be linked during onboarding.
Review access
The first enterprise owner can add enterprise admins and review linked workspaces after provisioning.
Your free workspace remains available without an enterprise. Enterprises add company-level users, domains, policy, and workspace governance.
Workspaces
The Workspaces tab lists every workspace this enterprise owns, with name, slug, plan, and creation date, and a link out to each workspace.
Seeing a workspace in this list does not let you open its content. If you are an enterprise admin but not a member of that workspace, you can see the row but cannot enter the workspace's sources or settings. Join the workspace as a member first.
Link an existing workspace
Linking an existing workspace requires both sides of authority:
- You must be an enterprise owner or admin.
- You must be a workspace admin on the target workspace.
- The workspace must have no existing primary enterprise.
If any requirement is missing, the link is refused. Workspace settings only show existing enterprises you administer; they do not offer a customer "Create new enterprise" tab under the free self-serve policy.
Create a new workspace
From the enterprise Workspaces tab, New workspace creates a workspace and links it to the enterprise in one atomic step. You become the new workspace's first admin. Other enterprise members are not automatically added to the workspace; enterprise membership never becomes workspace membership.
Unlink a workspace
Unlinking removes the association between the workspace and the enterprise. It does not delete the workspace, remove workspace members, or touch workspace content.
Unlinking is enterprise-admin only. A workspace admin who is not an enterprise admin cannot unilaterally detach the workspace from the enterprise's domain and login governance.
There is no customer-facing workspace delete in this release. Finished projects should be archived rather than hard-deleted; permanent removal stays an IRSIK Integrity operation until a retention policy exists.
IRSIK Integrity Provisioning & Support
IRSIK Integrity staff keep a separate, audited path for onboarding and support. They can:
- Provision an enterprise for you, assign your first owner, and optionally link your first workspace.
- Create or link workspaces during onboarding, migration, or customer-requested cleanup.
- Fix stuck enterprises, for example by reassigning ownership when the sole owner has left.
The IRSIK override does not need customer-side dual authority, but it still cannot attach a workspace that already belongs to another primary enterprise, and it still cannot strand an enterprise without an owner. Every IRSIK action is written to both the internal support log and the customer-visible enterprise Audit.
