Users
Add enterprise members, change their roles, and remove them — without touching their account or any workspace membership.
The Users tab lists enterprise members with name, email, enterprise role, joined date, and a workspace-membership summary.
Enterprise roles (Owner / Admin / Member) are explained on the Overview. They are independent of workspace roles.
Add a member
Add an existing Integrity account by email and choose a role. Adding a member does not create an account, send a workspace invite, or change any workspace membership — it grants enterprise-level membership only.
If the enterprise has the verified-domain restriction enabled, the email you add must be on a verified enterprise domain — see Restrict members to verified domains.
Change a role
Change a member between Owner, Admin, and Member. The one rule the system enforces: you cannot demote or remove the last owner — promote a replacement owner first. This guarantees an enterprise is never left without an owner.
Remove a member
Removing a member revokes their enterprise membership. It does not delete their account or remove them from any workspace they belong to.
Enterprise membership is not workspace access. Removing someone from the enterprise does not remove them from any workspace — manage workspace membership in each workspace's settings.
