Integrity
Review workspace requirements-health findings, coverage, remediation targets, and restricted-detail handling in one place.
Integrity is the workspace health area for requirements and compliance evidence. It gathers current-state findings from identifiers, Trace Schema, required links, stale references, imports, and baseline gates so admins and editors can see what needs attention without hunting through separate workflow screens.
Integrity is not a notification inbox. A finding exists because the current workspace state violates a rule. When the underlying issue is fixed, the finding disappears after Integrity recomputes and refreshes.
Integrity explains source-of-truth health. It does not silently change requirements, links, identifiers, imports, baselines, approvals, or evidence.
Open Integrity
- Open a workspace.
- Select Integrity in the workspace sidebar.
- Use the Findings tab to review current findings.
- Use the Coverage tab to inspect required-link coverage.
What you see
The Integrity area has two tabs:

| Findings | Current requirements-health findings, grouped and filtered by severity, rule pack, source, entity, status, visibility, actionability, or remediation target. |
| Coverage | Required-link coverage by Trace Schema configuration, including the same source and artefact context used by missing-link findings. |
The Findings tab has a left rail with rule-pack counts and a right pane with the grouped findings table. Selecting a rule pack in the rail and choosing the same filter in the popover are the same state.
How Integrity stays current
Integrity listens to workspace data changes that can affect diagnostics, including sources, artefacts, source memberships, Trace Schema rows, kind definitions, link types, entity links, import reports, baselines, and baseline sources. It recomputes current findings instead of keeping a separate historical alert list.
Restricted details
Some findings involve restricted sources or entities. When you do not have access to the restricted detail, Integrity may show an aggregate restricted finding count, but it hides source names, artefact identifiers, link details, import evidence, and coverage config context.
Restricted findings still matter. They tell you there is health work behind a permission boundary without exposing the hidden content.
