Integrity
Getting Started

Quick Start

Create your first free workspace, source, artefacts, and traceability link

Use this path when you are starting with a new Integrity account and no existing workspace invite.

1. Finish Your Profile

After sign-up, Integrity asks for basic profile details. Two-factor authentication is optional for new accounts unless you later add a verified authenticator. If your account already has a verified authenticator, sign-in may challenge for it before app access.

2. Create Your Free Workspace

If you are not already a workspace member and you did not accept an invite, Integrity sends you to Create workspace. Every new workspace starts on its own Free plan.

After you own that workspace, New workspace remains available from Home and opens the same creation flow. You can create additional Free workspaces without a count limit. Upgrading one workspace later does not upgrade your other workspaces.

Choose a workspace name and a unique workspace URL. Integrity checks URL availability after you pause typing and checks again when you select Continue. If the URL is already used—or retained as a redirect from an earlier workspace URL—the Details step stays open so you can choose another. Integrity checks once more when it creates the workspace, then makes you the owner and opens the workspace home.

3. Invite Teammates

Workspace owners and admins can invite teammates from Workspace Settings -> Members. Invited users keep their invite context through sign-up and profile onboarding, then land in the workspace flow instead of being forced through two-factor setup.

4. Add Source-Library Content

Open the source library to create sources, folders, and artefacts. Artefact identifiers are stable evidence references, so use names and prefixes your team can keep through reviews and baselines.

5. Use Enterprises When Provisioned

Enterprise dashboards are paid or Integrity-admin provisioned. Your free workspace works without an enterprise; if your organization needs company-level users, domains, policy, or workspace governance, ask your Integrity contact to provision an enterprise.
