Keep supporting links, files, and collaborative documents with Initiatives, Features, and Issues.
Initiatives, Features, and Issues share one Resources row for the material that supports the work: web links, uploaded files, and collaborative Integrity Documents. Resources stay attached to their owning object so readers encounter the evidence in context instead of searching a separate document library.
The primary narrative on an Initiative, Feature, or Issue remains distinct from its supporting Resources. Use the primary document for the object's main description and supporting Documents for notes, decisions, meeting context, or other material that deserves its own title and route.
Resource types

| Attachment | A private file up to 100 MiB that readers download through Integrity. |
| Document | A titled, collaborative rich-text document with its own page. |
Resources inherit access from their parent Initiative, Feature, or Issue. A Resource does not create a separate share boundary and cannot make a private parent visible. If access to the parent is removed, Integrity also removes access to its Resources and private file bytes.
Documents & Resources has no workspace-wide document directory. Open the owning Initiative, Feature, or Issue to manage its Resources. Accessible supporting Documents can still appear in search and Favorites.
Common lifecycle
- Removing a link or attachment is recoverable.
- Deleting a supporting Document moves it to recoverable deleted state.
- Restoring a Resource restores it on the same parent.
- A supporting Document can be moved between parents of the same object family when you can manage Resources on both parents.
- Duplicating a supporting Document creates an independent copy on the current parent.
Available actions always follow your effective access and the current lifecycle state. Read-only and direct-share access can open permitted Resources but does not imply permission to add, edit, move, remove, or restore them.
