Configure Inbox and email notification preferences for your account

Notifications help you follow workspace activity without turning every update into email. Integrity keeps the Inbox as the durable queue and uses email only for selected workflows.

Open Settings from your avatar menu, then choose Notifications.

Notification Channels

ChannelStatusWhat it does

Inbox notifications do not grant access. Detail panes and deep links still check your current permissions before showing restricted Modules, folders, artefacts, private Issues, or hidden Team context.

Review Digests

The daily review digest sends an email summary of pending review work. You can turn the digest on or off from Notifications and send a test email to verify delivery.

Review digest email is separate from Issue activity email. Turning one off does not change the other.

Issue Activity Email

Issue activity notifications are Inbox-first. Issue-level subscriptions receive Inbox notifications for meaningful Issue activity such as comments, replies, mentions, and visible property or lifecycle changes.

Email is narrower:

  • Email is derived from unread Inbox notifications.
  • Email is skipped when the notification has already been read or handled before delivery.
  • Mentions and replies to top-level threads you started can be sent by email when Issue activity email is enabled.
  • Normal comments, inherited subscription replies, property changes, lifecycle changes, Team moves, saved view subscription events, and reactions stay Inbox-only.
  • Actors are not notified about their own actions.

Reactions never create Inbox or email notifications.

Issue And Thread Subscriptions

Issue subscriptions control Inbox delivery, not access. Integrity automatically subscribes the Issue creator and current assignee when appropriate, and mentions can subscribe people after access checks pass.

Thread subscriptions stay scoped to a single top-level comment thread. You can follow or unfollow a thread without changing whether you follow the whole Issue.

Open My Issues and choose Subscribed to see active Issues you follow.

Saved View Subscriptions

Team Issue saved-view subscriptions notify you when an Issue enters a saved view or when a matching Issue is completed or canceled. They are Inbox-only in V1 and do not grant access to private Teams, Issues, or saved views.

When possible, saved-view notifications open Team Issues with the saved view selected. If that Team or view context is no longer accessible, Integrity falls back to a safe Issue or Inbox reference.

Access Request Responders

Workspace admins can manage access-request responders from Notifications when working inside a workspace. Responders receive actionable Inbox notifications for source and folder access requests, and admins can send a test responder email.

Requesters also receive Inbox notifications when access requests are submitted, approved, denied, cancelled, or closed.

Updates From Integrity

Notifications also shows product-update rows such as changelog, marketing, invite accepted, privacy/legal updates, and DPA updates. These rows are future inventory unless the control is active in your workspace.

Disabled rows do not save state or change delivery behavior.
