Views & Filtering
Filter, sort, search, and save custom views of your artefacts.
Views let a team save useful ways to inspect a source without changing the artefacts themselves. In Modules, a source opens with All artefacts plus any saved source views your workspace has created for that source.
Module source views keep their Source Library ownership, permissions, routes, and archive behavior. They also follow the same workspace-object view behavior used by Issues and SDD tables for selected-view links, local unsaved drafts, display lenses, and copyable view URLs.
Search and filters
Use search when you know part of an identifier or field value. Search is applied when you submit it, not on every keystroke, so large sources stay responsive.
Filters narrow the current source or view. They can include system properties such as kind, review status, reviewers, and links, plus the fields defined by the source. Filter options only show values that are safe for your access level; restricted source or artefact context stays redacted.
Active search, filter, and display changes are shown near the table controls so you can see what is shaping the current list.
Display options
Display options control how the same artefacts are presented:

Table mode uses page-based pagination for large sources. Move between pages from the footer, or enter a page number directly when the source has many pages.
Saved source views
Saved source views appear as pills above the artefact table. A view can remember the search text, selected search columns, filters, visible properties, display options, ordering, and Table/Tree/Matrix presentation mode supported by the source.
Creating a view starts as a local draft named New view. The draft can change title and color while you edit it, and it is not created as a durable source view until you save. Canceling the draft leaves no blank view behind.
Existing view pills can be opened from the row, copied as a link, edited, duplicated, or moved to trash when your role allows it. View color is part of the source view's display metadata, so the selected view badge uses the same color treatment as other object-table views.
Copied source-view links resolve through the source view's stable identity. If a view is archived, unavailable, or no longer accessible, Integrity falls back to display-safe unavailable states rather than exposing restricted source or artefact context.
Saving changes
Some changes are local to your browser until you save them to the source default or to a source view. Saving All artefacts updates the source default layout. Saving a source view updates that source view. These actions affect the table presentation and do not edit artefact content, identifiers, links, reviews, visibility, or membership.
If you do not have permission to manage a source view or source default, you can still use the table controls for your current session where your access allows, but you cannot save the shared view.
